Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs before your appointment. If there’s no prior contact, the appointment WILL be cancelled WITHOUT a refund. In regards to LATENESS, You'll have a grace period where we'll save your spot for up tp 15 MINS. If you feel your are going to be late to an appointment please contact us. Turning up late with NO prior contact will result in you having to pay a £10 late fee for a rescheduled appointment.
